    With the Wifi is overwritten content.info . The overwrite option is no longer Maps section , softhud or black box . Sygic but works ok . It is possible that Sygic change the structure content.info . If the WiFi is off content.info not overwritten. What are your experiences ?

    Actually, there is a workaround of sorts. Though it is true that the traditional Loquendo/Sygic voices are ignored for now, if the Android device has a System-Wide TTS voice installed and active (Pico, Vocalizer, Google or whatever) this version of Sygic will use that. In Sygic Settings/Voice set to "(Device Language) System". Then all announcements (from Res/Voices/ TTS (Language)/info2.ini), roads, etc will be TTS.

    After I reached my destination : short black screen and Sygic closes.

    The procedure of the first page is of course maintained. Content.info overwrite occurs every time the application starts . The file will not overwrite just in case , do not use an internet connection. Otherwise, the content changes content.info. Without Internet connections can not be used online traffic info. Interestingly, although changes content.info HUD features a blackbox work ok.

    @Mike,

    So, it means that we no longer need to download the specific TTS files provided by Sygic and we could just simply utilize the Google TTS instead? If so, it's great and it's worth to try. Thanks for this useful information. Have a nice day.

    You still need to maintain a TTS voice file from Sygic in the Res/Voices folder that matches the language of your Android System TTS voice (all others can be deleted). No idea if this is meant to be a permanent option for TTS or just for this release..it's the first time the "System" choice has appeared in Sygic Voice Settings.
