    Hello everybody.

    I have done a clean install, and the App works, but after a few time, or kilometers, the app closes itself. It's the second time it has done it and it's a little embarrassing when you lose the map while you was driving.

    Any advice? I was using Navteq Maps, version 2014.09, downloaded with the downloader from Brown Dog.

    Problem. The device, the Nexus 7 (2013), Android 5.1.1, the program Sygic 15.2.3 ... 15.2.5. When the program starts, Sygic no finds satellites. If the first program to run, say, a iGo or Navitel, wait until the program will find the satellites and immediately withdraw from these programs and run Sygic, then everything is OK. What could be the problem?
    P.S. Device HTC Incretible S , android 4.0.4, Sygic 15.2.3 - all OK.

    I think it can't be solved by the user, you should file a bug report to the developers. On my Vodafone Smart Mini 2 I encountered the same problem, after other GPS app gets a fix, Sygic will get a fix in seconds, if not it will take some time. I used Maps.Me get a fix, closed the app and run Sygic.

    G'day guys

    New to this community, thanks for sharing your effort here.

    Tried to set up 15.2.5 as explained in the first post, but after starting it I get an error saying "could not connect to servers - tap here to retry". Any advice for the moment?
    Installed on internal and external memory to eliminate a possible problem here, but no difference.

    Thanks for the tip!
    But I decided to issue a correction to the SD \ Sygic \ Android \ settings.ini
    Line
    m_strDefCom=[COM1:,9600 | autodetect]
    m_strDefCom=GPS,9600,3

    replaced
    m_strDefCom=[COM3:,4800 | autodetect]
    m_strDefCom=GPS,4800,3

    while working...in travel - see.

    Maybe i have found the problem. I had placed the same voice two times. I have remove one of them and sygic works fine again.

    Default Strange behaviour Sygic 15.2.5

    I have used Sygic 15.2.5 on my ASUS MeMO Pad 7 ME176C with Android 5.0 Lollipop now for a while and I must say I like the layout and options very much but I don't like
    it's strange behaviour sometimes.

    I noticed that when I drive the arrow sometimes jumps to another place on the screen to another nearby road ( can be 50 meters or more away )
    It's not a big problem but when I'm driving a route it starts recalculating at once, stops recalculate and jumps back
    to the right place. It seems that this happens anytime at the same locations ( for me region Amsterdam ).
    If it jumps to a road with a different speedlimit it warns I drive too fast of course.
    Not so nice.

    I have GPS Locker running on the background :
    in use : 12
    in view : 12
    accuracy : 6 meters

    When I use Navigon 5.4.1 this does not happen at all.

    Maybe this is a Sygic maps problem ?
    I tried both TA and NT, no difference.

    Any tips ?

    For the user's that are using Sygic:

    Please note.....

    GPS navigation App for Android powered by TomTom Maps

    This is the required maps that should be used.

    Not Navteq Maps

    There are enough problems getting it to work correctly with out having to switch maps.

    When will they ever fix street numbers (not street names) tts announcements? Street number announcements have not been "naturally spoken" ever since 15.1+... sheesh. BACK to 15.0.9
