I made the mistake of actually buying Sygic, which is 30% off at the moment.
Now I can't get any maps from other regions to work, just my country maps Australia/New Zealand.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling earlier/other versions but I simply can't get it to recognise any other maps, for example California.
I think the purchased version must have made an entry somewhere on my SG3 and the only thing I can think of doing is a complete phone reset?
    Anyone have any suggestions?

This might be unnecessary - try to stop app first, then wipe data and last, uninstall it. Delete your current Sygic folder and reinstall using one of posted here.

I tried installing the sygic 1.3.4 apk but it says that you have to start the trial first.
Also the India maps I put are not recognized by the sygic application.
I took the links from this thread only.

Now I don't wish to be ungrateful, but the first post of this thread should be modified to read something like: DON'T DOWNLOAD, DOESN'T WORK, TRY 13.1.1 I upgraded from 11.2.0, and followed the instruction: Uninstall the previous version and delete the old folder with Sygic root SD. I still don't know what that means. Does it mean delete the Sygic folder on the SD card, or maybe there's an app called Sygic root SD? Whatever, there was no Sygic folder on my SD card. I came to the conclusion it must be a system folder, and your phone has to be rooted. (Mine isn't).

I installed 13.1.4 anyway, only for it to come up with the choice of a 7 day trial or restore the old version via Google Play. After messing about for hours, finally I had to go back to 11.2.0, only for that to no longer work properly. So I tried again, with modified apk posted by cnshulz in post #27 (with reworked content.info). Finally, it was working, though I played around with it and deleted content.info. The next time I booted up Sygic it went to the download site to grab a new voice and map, and created a new content info, so that might be one way around the content.info problems. Or maybe it is now just a 7 day trial!

Maybe we should just delete this thread and post the modified app in a new one - if it is indeed working properly - so that others like me don't download non-working versions.

Links from OP are OK. On Friday I used Sygic (523 km), I returned with soldered. Sygic no mistakes, no mistakes.
Mistakes can be as snort with installation remains on WiFi. Error may be the previous version is not removed properly, ... etc. Now, after so many days of publication, to have some comments on the work of navigating the frivolous.

I appreciate all your efforts posting this Brown Dog, but after so many days of publication, if you read the posts, many people are having problems installing or running the version you posted. It may work fine on your phone, but many others are having problems. The one in post #27 works better, or try 13.1.1.
