To clear things up there are no Speed Cam from France.
There are danger zones which the French government lets you use.
I was in France over the summer and ask while I was there if they could be use.
The police said there is no problems to use Danger Zone warnings.

What I did find is when you get the warning on your GPS the speedcam can be as far as kilometer away and you will still get the warning after you have past the Speedcam.

So the speedcam can be within 100 meters or as far away as 2 kilometers away.
You will never know where it is.
    So go the speed limit.

Here is a screen shot of where the POI's are kept

    Spoiler: link
    nd96XL9

You will find the imported POI's under each country.

    Sygic/Maps/Rupi

    /bel <---Belgium
    /deu <---Germany
    /fra <---France

In each folder there are a number of files like this:

    Examples:
    46183579334599.rupix

Now you will need a way to look into these files to see which one you want to delete.

If you do not know how to do that.
Then remove all the files to your PC and add one in and check to see what it covers.
When you find the ones you do not want any more delete them.

Now there are also the Icons for these Poi's
You can find them in Res/Icons.

    See the screen shot.

You can record the sound yourself in your voice.
Most Phones and Tablets have a voice recorder app.
If it does not save it in the .ogg format there are many online converters to do that for free.
Search for a site called "online-convert" if you need to convert.
