Do you follow the steps from the first post of this topic?
I also delete rupi folder and every files from import folder before copy the new files.
Than I open application (Sygic 14.3.4 licensed) and the import work perfect.

I have identical problem like kitkat00.
    Use Sygic 14.6.4
First delete rupi folder from maps folder, than copy all files from nyky last post to import folder, start sygic, start import and receive mesage "error when importing"
When I use files from POIPLAZA everything work normal.

Do we have to use Sygic Rupi Convertor without touching csv file or we have to modify them first ? (i was using sygic 14.6.4 on a new phone so without any rupi folders, a clean sygic version. I tried twice with France/SW and Europe files and error each time).

Probably it's not working with 14.6.X versions ... yet!
Remember, 14.6.X versions are not official ... yet.
We have to wait until SCDB will find the solutions for import.
