Yes, I made that mistake to download extra cams, (thought some cams are missing) some actually do. But I removed any custom made and I am using ones that come with the map and everything works fine.

Strange that custom cams cause this issue but built-in no.

SCDB speedcam data are users contributed* and similar across different platforms. They are all non-directional and since converted to .upi format for Sygic uses, they are just normal POI. While .cam data might be directional** and placed more correctly. No way to make SCDB like pre-installed until .cam format is decoded.

    * so they are sloppy or made to handle several directional alerts with one uni-directional alert
** I haven't verified (or maybe don't remembered) that it is

No problem, a while back I was trying to decode .cam because I was bored. I might try it again later

    Update: Woot!

    Hello!

Since the last SYGIC version (15. and 16.) the structure of the speedcams files have been changed by SYGIC (file offlinespeedcams). Unfortunatly I can't get any speedcams (icons and sounds). Could you tell me if you have the same problem or if I made a mistake during installation. Even if notification of sounds is valid
As a test,I tried to use speedcams from radalert and radardroid. Its fine because the icons shows the speed limitation. The application make transfert of speedcams but again some icons give no sound.
I probably have made a mistake

I would appreciate to get explanation from you and a solution
Anyway very nice job from all of you

    Many thanks
    Robby
