All version of Sygic (cr@cked or not) will want to connect to internet to download core and map files. It's best to use pc map downloader to get those files and manually copy it over to your device and turned off wi-fi so it won't be able to connect to internet. Most posts of Sygic are not cr@cked (nor cr@cked correctly) so they will always want to connect to internet. Personally I preferred Primo over Sygic and only installed it as a test or backup.
