I would like to say THANKS a lot for the great work that now the new devices (for me GPSmap 64s) can be filled with the new Topo-Sweden v4/Germany V7 as well Norway
without the message that the GMA is missing!

All new Topo works now fine.

I dragged map "PL TOPO 2014.4" at gimgunlock.exe and program starts up, but automatically closed after 1 second. Map is still not recognized in Garmin Etrex 30 so I guess that unlock didn't work...

Proggy is DOS program, so dragging and dropping img file to it will run and then close DOS window. Which could be bad since if there is any problem, you won't see the error message. Better way to do it is to open DOS cmd window, drag proggy to it, hit space, drag img file to it and hit enter. It will run and gives you any error message while the DOS window is still open. Most likely your img is "xor protected", if it is you have to run xor proggy on it first. From first post:
"Also Note: Gimgunlock assumes the first byte of an IMG file is zero. If not zero, the whole IMG file is protected by a very simple scrambling scheme via XOR (logical eXclusive OR operation). In such case gimgunlock will stop and prompt you to descramble the IMG file by the attached gimgxor.exe first."
Note: proggy also changed original program (check modified date after run), so make backup if you don't want to loose it if unlocking/conversion failed.

There is a log from running gimgunlock.img

    Spoiler: log
    Code:
Please Login or Register to see the links
    And also from gimgxor.exe

    Code:
Please Login or Register to see the links
However, gimgxor.exe didn't make any changes in file (file modification date was not altered).

Firmware in this eTrex 30 is 4.20 - it could be resistant to unlocked maps and .unl files from keygen?

Did you read catymag's previous reply to you just above yours? She referred you to this post:

Poland Topo is one of the few maps which can't be unlocked with this otherwise amazing tool.

Edit: There's a rare typo from Caty, it's Post #364, not #366 as written which may have confused you.

Default Help with GPSmap 64s maps

Where is the latest gimgunlock file located?
Think I found it. Downloaded gimgtools-0.03-win32.zip and tried to unlock maps
City Navigator North America NT 2015.3
    I have a new GPSmap 64s software version 3.70
When I start unit I get message "Can't authenticate maps"

    Any help would be appreciated

Yes it's different, it patches map signature too.
