The REVO is no joy--not an uninstaller for beginners. I feel it is in the Graphics--
    ASUS B Intel(R)Graphics Media Accelerator 3150(Microsoft Corporations WDDM 1.0 3/11/2013 Ver 8.15.10.2697 Res 1024x600.
    Asus A NVIDIA 9/1/2013 Ver 9.18.13.2702 Res 1024x600
Since ASUS A and ASUS B worked fine (up to and including 425) .
ASUS A Fine using all up including 433
ASUS B no joy on 431/432/433-reinstall 425 all ok.
From 425 to the 431/432/433 a lot of changes in the Displays, they may not or have changed items for displays less than 1024x768 or some drivers working with it.
I will purge event viewer then try to reinstall 433 and post any info.

You can try to clean and reinstall .NET
I'd try to use this tool and remove it completely
    Code:
Please Login or Register to see the links
Then reinstall it by Win Update or from here:
    Code:
Please Login or Register to see the links
And to update Intel Graphics Drivers
    Code:
Please Login or Register to see the links
that ig4dev32.dll is Intel drivers related.(corrupt?)

Thank you for the suggestions and help
The .net 4 which is all I have is ok. The 3150 Graphics driver ok. Had to do Upcaling from 1024x600 to 1024x768
A lot of Notebooks / I run at 1024x 600 and the 431/432/433 expect 1024x768 or higher THEY WILL HAVE PROBLEMS UNLESS THEY CORRECT
So I upscale it using Regedit to install the 433 Basecamp then downscale it using REGEDIT and the Basecamp then runs on ASUS B
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

BOTTOM LINE-----The Base Camp 431/432/433 WILL NOT WORK WITH Windows 8.1 32 Bit Intel(R)Graphics Media Accelerator 3150(Microsoft Corporations WDDM 1.0-- 3/11/2013 Ver 8.15.10.2697 Res 1024x600.

WORKS WITH THE OLDER VERSION ---Intel(R)Graphics Media Accelerator 3150(Microsoft Corporations WDDM 1.0

Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 3150 for Windows
Installs graphics driver version 15.12.75.50.7.2230 (8.14.10.2230)

    Hi,

Bascamp 4.3.3 can't send an adventure from collection to Montana.
With 4.2.5, there was no problem.
Does anybody else experience such a problem ?

These last releases are infuriating as they simply will not run on my Win7 virtual machine on which I've never had a problem with anything else in years. I've done everything - uninstalled, wiped registry, removed every folder, wiped .net and reinstalled, used ccleaner and privazer, and still nothing - specifically an ntdll.dll error causes it to crash. I've even fired up a pristine snapshot and still the same.

Catymag wrote in post #4 "Autoupdate doesn't need a button because it updates by its own without asking since previous versions.".

    In registry, this key:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Garmin\BaseCamp\Settings
    "HavePromptedForUpdate"=hex:01
With value 01 ==> you are prompted for update, and so it's possible to refuse it, to be verified.
