I tried FIDFinder, it only changes the FID of the first map in the gmapsupp.img,
Is there a way to make it change the FID of all the subfiles

    Thanks

    Hi,

This is not what i need. I mean if i have NA map, i need to change the FID without splitting it.
I tried to compare HEX values of FID, but it seems they are encrypted. i.e FID 2841 can't be found in the gmapsupp even when i change to HEX.

I can understand people like to unlock maps for personal use, btw I recommend to buy maps habitually available in our gps devices,
but edit copyright notices is bad iMHO.
Most of all I hold in very low regard who downloads maps for free on forum and resells them.
