    If anything wrong with JCV viewer
    You mean with the JCV viewer of ImgTool?
    ImgTool uses Internet Explorer engine to display SVG pictures.
    So, if you have a recent version of IE (9 or more) you don't need this plug-in (which is now obsolete... it was designed to offer the support of SVG files when Internet Explorer did not support them but now Internet Explorer natively supports SVG files, since IE9) .

    But for my carPCs IE9 is very costly especially. I do not have Internet Explorer at all but Windows Explorer is integrated still and it needs this plugin.

    SubRegionID is sometimes named VendorID too...
