Reply With QuoteJust used Webupdater which 'updated' itself then it downloaded the latest 34xx firmware. Difference this time was after downloading the firmware, Webupdater went into validation phase (flashing blue/white line in window) and the firmware updated on the device while still plugged in to the pc. Never done that before. After a while GPS rebooted into software loader mode, and after that webupdater announced 'software on your device has been updated to 6.5'.
Is this a new feature of webupdater?

I tested in MPT mode and I got the same you had.
Webupdater downloads sw, installs it ,it verifies files and after that nuvi restarts normally, all this plugged USB.
