    In new 7 version there are no Russian and Suomi extended characters when I tried write mapset name

    v0.7.19 works with Finnish 1257 extension, but still no Russian...

    To write Russian text you need Russian GUI. To see Russian text in map, you need Russian map, with codepage 1251.

    Here I modified Road of Russia Topo just for testing

    I do not recognize the Russian language in device menu!!! If I see Russian menu I must translate from alien Russian to English and then from English to my native Russian again!
    I had solved a problem in my style... I save translation for System and change language ID and CP in new Russian translation file. There is a English menu and a Russian letters in mapset. Only small inconvenience take place if I have in gmupsupp a several maps with CP that not equal to 1251.
