A little utility that allows you to extract files from Garmin GPI:
1. FID (or mapid)
2. PID (or ProductID)
3. RgnID (or RegionID)
4. VenID (or VendorID)
This data is used correctly by JetMouse kg to generate an unlock code.
The following procedure applies to all those GPI files that are LOCKED (with value less than 2200) which may be:
The Garmin Travel Guide
Cyclops safety camera database with FID less than 2200
It is simple: after opening the program they are on the left of the window Files and folders on the right
Selecting one of the GPI files listed it displays the parameters mentioned above
The software creates a log of the activity and there is the possibility to:
1. Clear the Log
2. Save the Log to a Text File
3. Copy the contents to the Windows clipboard (for a subsequent "Paste")
The extracted parameters must be entered in the appropriate fields in Jetmouse kg
Select "Custom mapSet" from the dropdown menu
The Code must be inserted in the File <filename>.UNL, where <filename> is the mame of the GPI files
This UnLock File must be stored in the same location of the GPI File
