    32 bit:7c be 54 ed = ed 54 be 7c =deci 3981753980/11930464,71=333,7467631635952-360 = -26.253268 decimal degree (South and west is minus 360 )
    0b 4b 0f 15=15 0f 4b 0b=353323787/11930464,71=29.615150 decimal degree
It is in a road R38 in South Africa, does it seem right?

Correct Decoding the location is Exact.
Tonight I'm going to attempt some of my own decoding, Suspected that I had to reverse the numbers.
    Thanks for Everything so far.

There is 2 byte code. And it is not encrypted it is packed only.
I ask for this instrument also many times. Someone can do it! For example PIGTones decrypted voice - it is usual vpm but two times less...
Love your wife? Buy yourself a GPS for answering to her favorite question: "Dear, where are you?".
