    Version 0.43 is out.
    [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
    History:
    ========
    v0.43 - Solved some issues of Version 0.42. See [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    v0.42 - Added "Save to GCD". Works for regular boot+fw_all[+resources] with single boot.
    - Improved GCD parsing - no more guessing
    - Automatically puts region 0E (fw_all) to second section when saving to GCD.

    Now is V0.44
    •Fixed an issue where the HWID & SWV were not overridden in the GCD headers causing the GPS to reboot continuously (NOT a permanent damage!).

    I tested and case 1 is ok now.
    I think it is almost complete gcd tool.
    (This tool still can not detect some sections.)

    Hi all,

    Sorry for all the bugs. Version 0.44 is stable and fixes all known issues. Other sites have been reporting success with many GPS including the 3790. If you have issues, please send me an email or post the information here. I'll try to monitor the thread and post fixes asap.

    @aekhong, latest version should detect all sections. In some sections, I cannot read the HWID or SWV but I am keen to try if you need it. Just post the relevant information so I can have a look.

    Thanks,

    Turbo

    How about an "Auto Cure" feature in RGN_Tool? From what I read, it should be as simple as searching for unicode "img" and replace them with "gmi". Right?
