    Hi

First you need to use "Fast IMG Unlocker" and unlock the img file if it is locked
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

On the SD Card, you must have a folder called garmin
add then VEU016R_v1150.img file in the garmin folder and start Homeport

Just one clarification for HomePort usage:
Garmin HomePort reads locked maps. It's by design and intentionally done by Garmin. HomePort is just for viewing charts on PC or Mac and NOT for building and transferring of map sets there you need unlocked maps to be tranfered to a GPS unit or memory card.

Example in HomePort with VEU016R v2011.5 stored at "[USB drive]:\Garmin\gmapsupp.img". It's a locked map without UNL-file.:

Show details of chart with GMapTool (you'll get somewhere her in this forum). Look for Header information. There must be "Ms 0" at end of the line.

If it is not you can change Ms with GMapTool:

. Advanced Options must be checked
    . chose folder "Write"
. check "Set version in header"
    . write 0 to Ms
    . finally click "Write selected"

If Ms already has been 0 and HomePort doesn't show the chart there must be a different problem - try do load the chart again from different place - maybe will work then.
