Texas, this user asked in 3 different threads same thing. BTW, crosspost is not allowed from very practical things, besides that spoils the themes.
Obviously he did not know almost nothing. Nhf @TCR
But, he must first read [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], give all relevant info. And before all of that do some search
I can bet that his "problem" is very banal and very common
Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.

    Yesterday, I'm a IT-specialist and a pro.
There are no stupid questions, only stupid answers!

It's nice that a man has a high opinion of himself
But that does not mean that he knows everything about everything. Yesterday - when? And for what? I am IT and we can privately discuss the setup of CISCO or servers problems, or SEP/MES troubles... here we discuss about navi's, and btw I am messing with them for ~more then 15 years.

    In this case:
    - FIRST - crosspost is not allowed (FORUM RULES - read them). Not because it is our will, but for very practical reasons. One problem should be presented in one place, with all the details. Not to fade away.
    - SECOND - What? We must guess what you have on phone, what is your current setup, what ...etc etc...
Read [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and follow it. That's why it was created. Not to guess. No one here has a crystal ball.
Maybe you seems to be a lot of superfluous, but one detail can makes the solution.
From years of experience in forums, in cases like yours, it's never a problem with software, but a user. In such a threads we discuss about software.
Personal skills and problems in other section:

    And be polite.

Boki_Srb, it is good to see you are so qualified and you are a great asset to the forum.

However, your answers are usually very abrasive and you seem very keen to jump on people at the slightest deviation from the rules.

You should realise that questions are only asked, usually, because the answers are not always easy to find, and crossposting is the result of frustration.

Also, English being the language of the forum is not usually native to posters and some times their answers are difficult to interpret. This is by no means meant to criticise the poster, goodness knows where we would be without their valuable input, but to try to understand all points of view.

He asked same question for...Avic ( > crossposted > trashed, part of a mod's job)
Thousands of other users have no problems, he has an identical problem with three different sets. Well, think about where the problem is.
We have to guess the next three pages what a mistake and he gives information on the teaspoon???

And what would you say to this? Which such of plenty useful information

No. Crossposting is not a result of frustration. It is the result of insufficient representation of the problem, lack of information and a lot of impatience.

(What? Frustrated because of peace of stolen software? Frustration is when you pay for it and then it does not work!)
BTW, I paid that software. He is not.

Otherwise, most new users do not read the forum rules at all
but also they does not even read what would be useful to them
and mostly does not use search.

And, as it is said many times and stands in my signature, that's why it is Announcement created. Nobody is a seer.
I do not jump on the users because of their violation of the rules but because of laziness.
(There is pretty nice definition of noobs on internet. Urban dictionary. Find it and read )

    P.S.
Except he did not read well and followed the instructions, there are:
