Yes, there are no audio data in .gpi file, but for that 1% (it crashes 99% of time) that I got simulator working under android Street Pilot, I hear voice announcement when approaching alert with the speed icon (just it saying the number like "Sixty" for a 60 icon.) This led me to believe that maybe they are using those two new record types for something (or "hacking" it so it would behave that way under android) Or maybe it's just announcing the name of the POI when approaching (which it doesn't do for the .gpi that I've built) So for those who has android Street Pilot, please simulate going to one of the above POI and see if you hear voice.

Do you know what is so special about XT that it required a different build? I see it is done for Russia speedcam as well. For non-XT the text is Cyrillic and I can see it correctly decoded, but for XT it's garble. They are both using the same Unicode codepage.
Looks like the Mobile XT version is using codepage=1251 for Cyrillic but encoded Unicode in .gpi For non-XT it's using correct character set in Unicode for Russian language.

Unfortunately my nuvi is not capable of changing simulating speed. Same the StreetPilot.
I've found two (obviously) speed limit cameras with 110 icon and between them there is two "2x4 white horizontal dashes with red background" (near 24.211574 N, 120.669619 E). So "No Tail Gating" also have some logic here.
I think the "Service Center" is just lost in translation. Who knows the actual meaning of that alert unless you're there and witness the alert yourself. But I wouldn't be surprised if there are "special routine" to handle the data from the new record types similar to Cyclop alert type (special display of info bar, icons and sound)
What fascinate me is the DateTime record, this is first Garmin release .gpi that uses it. I wonder if you need a unit with correct software that able to use it for it to work. I remember a while back, some people wanted have Schoolzone working accurately with DateTime restriction. Some was able to see it working on some units but not all. The Schoolzone data was taken from map instead of .gpi....It would be great if we can get it in .gpi working on most units. If anyone want to help test DateTime functionality, just tell me what LatLon and DateTime you want POIs to be created and I'll make .gpi for you to test (need real driving to make sure it's working correctly)

Also tried different type (Tour Guide) for nuvi, but the alert was trigered again.
So, it seems DateTime depend on the software version.
On the other hand, I got only visual alert on the SP, while there is audio- & visual alert on the nuvi with absolutely same .gpi file.
osiris4isis, here is my test point, so if you want you can prepare some .gpi for testing (<Geo><Lat>42.1829</Lat><Lon>24.7382</Lon></Geo>)
UPD: Tested same poi-set on GarminMobilePC - the alert was triggered, there was both visual and sound, but the tone was standard "ding-ding", not the one the poi was compiled with.

Most likely, the alert "Man/Women "bathroom" icon" is the "Exit to service area", see the screenshot:
