    Hello Kenta2,
I tried to visualize Garmin Cyclops 2016-03-30 Unlocked from post #1 by trying to convert .gpi files to GPX .... but I get error ...is this something related to a missing header in the given files? or meeeeeeeeeeee?

I use this for visualization >> [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    thanks

Lol, yes it's an old and continuing Garmin naming error and it must annoy the heck out of those two Nations that some 'Yanks' at Olathe don't see Slovenia and Slovakia as different countries. Not so long ago many North Americans also annoyingly mixed up Australia (AU) with Austria (AT). Have a good read of the notes above the download links for AU/NZ and EEU and also behind the EEU spoiler for the explanation of the naming mix-up and also the wrong date bug.
it's actually Slovakia, not Slovenia - someone can't spell, you'll find the genuine Slovenia with Italy
What's included in their 'Eastern European' file is of course also up to Garmin ultimately, but they are limited by what Cyclops can supply to them and as far as i can tell some countries might even prefer to be known as part of Central Europe rather than Eastern Europe or vice versa or woteva! After Garmin Cyclops 2016-05-20 had released these cameras are coming in nightmare. If you drive on speed limit the Keha-I in Helsinki, Finland the ding-dong will be full time.

Gramps, you can't blame Garmin for this one. Cyclops is NOT part of Garmin and they are UK based. Slovenia AND Slovakia needs to sued Cyclops since obviously they don't listen to anyone else!
I used to "mixed" up AU and AT. But now I just think that AU sounded like "out" for outdoor and think of Australia. Or AU for "Au"ssieland. Easy peasy.

Junior, oh but i can blame Garmin. They buy the product off Cyclops same as do those other 'partners' like Telmap, Harmon etc who then repackage into their own POI product which in Garmin's case is into .GPI files.

So ultimately its Garmin who are responsible for the naming of their retail GPI files, not Cyclops. Maybe if Cyclops is supplying Garmin with 2 separate country files for Slovenia [SI] and Slovakia [SK] but had wrongly and stupidly designated both as 'Slovenia' and that error was not picked up by Garmin who then serendipitously somehow manages to [ad nausium] package the 'right' SI with Italy [hooray!] and the 'wrong' SI [actually SK] with Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland & Romania [Boooo!], then and only then you kinda have a point ... Ah, but "partnership" doesn't mean the seller side is responsible for the "correctness" of the product; especially in the naming of the files. For example, I can have an agreement with Garmin to make alerts for their Nav units aka .gpi, but Garmin has NOTHING to do with the naming of those .gpi files that I gave them. Now you can argued since they are the seller of something, the buck stop with them. So in essence they could pressured the fixes but unless the people who's responsible for the creation of those .gpi (in this case, Cyclops) is doing the fixing, it's not going to get fixed (even if when all the b*tching is to Garmin.) Another example, since Cyclops posted "incorrect" behaviors in video of "Other Products", you're not going to get Garmin to "fixed" it; and you would sued Cyclops not Garmin. I've been looking for Cyclops alerts released for NDrive (I want to see if format is similar to Garmin)

P.S. Sorry "Mr" Gramps, no "rap" for me. My play list consists of hard rock (mostly 80's: Maiden, Priest, Scorpions), new age (Vangelis, Kitaro, JM Jarre), soundtracks and few country (if you count The Eagles and Johnny Cash* country)

Works fine on my nüvi 2568. Although I can't see the Garmin Cyclops files in my settings.
