That is not question for this part of forum
Your "problem" is well known, and it is about
    - Samsung Smart Manager. Search about complains...
    - System Write Permissions for storage. Update can cause it. Also: search. read.
    Will trash this later.
Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.

    TNX for yr quick reply
I'm sorry but I not understand all.
I spent my afternoon searching without success. Maybe I looked bad?

In fact, the message "missed or incomplete directory /storage/E2A3-5BE5/iGO/license.zip:/storage/E2A3-5BE5/iGO/license.zip: open failed: EACCES (Permission denied) see image bellow".
    I've not license.zipI've not license.zip

    TNX wojpen for yr advices

I munst remind that my Note 4 is rooted, and I'm under 6.0.1 for over a year. iGO has always worked as it is in SD card.
On the other hand, I had a similar problem with Sygic and I solved it as the link below.
    Code:

Once again about 15 days ago iGO worked well with this same configuration. To tell you the truth I'm not ready to uninstallt and reinstall it in internal memory. Especially this Friday I go on vacation. Maybe when I get back, unless you have another idea.
    Kind regards

Try re-installing in same storage (over.install).
License.zip is a file in apk, and contains the default lecenses. If system cannot open it maybe there is something corrupt.

    hi,
That's why I do not use root! My Note 4 is unroot.

Your iGO is in root directory of SD card or Android Folder?

    Hi again,
First of all I would like to remind that my Note 4 is rooted, and it runs under 6.0.1 for more than a year. iGO had been installed at the root of the SD card (sdcard/iGO/) and had always worked as is. Up to 15 days ago iGO worked just fine. Then, from overnight I got the message "Directory missing or incomplete storage/E2A3-5BE5/iGO/license.zip..."

This morning, thanks to you, you pushed me investigating
I paid attention to various folders of the SD card to the possible search for the missing directory. Surprise, I found this directory SDcard/Android/data/com.nng.igoprimoisr_636868.javaclient/files/ empty.
How is it done??? Can't tell you!!!

    So I moved sdcard/iGO to SDcard/Android/data/com.nng.igoprimoisr_636868.javaclient/files => SDcard/Android/data/com.nng.igoprimoisr_636868.javaclient/files/iGO/ and voila... It works

    Regards
