    Default DS4 RT6 Echo Problem

    All.

I know this has been mentioned in a few posts before. I upgraded (before I knew it would cause a problem) from a very old firmware (about 2.07) to 2.85 and of course got the echo problem. I have tried to take it to a dealer and get it sorted and despite giving them all the info, they didn't know about the config file and how to download it again, despite having to pay 35 for the diagnostic time !!! I read on the ************** forum that a french forum member has a way of fixing the issue, but I cant register on that forum so wondered if anyone here is aware of another possible fix, other than taking it to another dealer and trying again.

    Any information greatly appreciated.

I took these pics with me to the dealer and some screenshot from the Diagbox as well. They didn't have a clue what I was talking about, but they still manage to download the config file to my RT6.

    Hello,

The garage must use the bag as indicated on the CD firmware.
They need to know to do it, it's their job.
