    Hello,

    This unit is old, I think the best is going to see your dealer.

    ?

    I don't quite get your point. Your posting is hard to understand.

    First: Which system do you own?

    • RD2 -> Your nav is a unit which is sitting in your trunk. This ancient piece of art features a tape player

    • RT2 -> Your nav is a unit which is sitting in your trunk. This antique also features a GSM (read: Cellphone) feature

    • RT3 -> Your nav is a unit which has a CD inserted while navigating.

    RD2 -> a defeatured VDO RT2

    RT2 -> This unit is specially protected.

    RT3 -> an ordinary VDO.

    The latest software for the RT2 / RD2 (APV: 6563FR) and costs some 23 EUROS. Latest soft is 8.00.

    Your version can be displayed by inserting the software CD in the unit.

    If you have an RT3 you can find maps instantly on the net.

    So? which one do you own?

    i am also having a hard time to understand his english...
    go see your dealer, will be the best choice as you don't even know what system you have.
    it is very easy to f*ck it up without any knowledge...

    thumbup Might be an RT2

    If you are looking for firmware you can buy the CD I already posted the APV of (Part number) at your Peugeot dealer.

    If you are looking for maps, look here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    EDIT:

    this one is also suitable: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
