I know that these are from Audi and, but someone said that those ware adapted for NG4. I have downloaded them, and I was just asking if anyone has allready tried to install them and are they OK?

I used the links brought by "kaspasa" and uploaded the Audi maps to my NG4 (with N42c_N42.03) in C5. Files size is over 17GB. So, I used a 32GB pendrive. All the process took approx. 1h10min. The data have been uploaded three times (each time, a bit over 20min). Passes 1 and 2 finished with 0x26 error, pass 3 was successfull, finally.
The maps are really up-to-date, especially comparing with 2015_1 maps that I used until now.

But I noticed a problem with national characters, displayed on the map. They are entirely skipped in the names of streets and cities on the map. For instance, a Polish name "Kępińska" is displayed as "Kpiska" on the map. So, when searching through the map, this may be tyring problem, sometimes. But in the line below the map, it is dispalyed almost properly, as "Kepinska". Also, those names are spelled properly by navi system. In my opinion, this is acceptable disadvatage. The most important fact is that navigating runs well.
Maybe there is some solution of this problem. I wonder, how it is with other national special characters.

    TIPS FOR SUCCESS:

Just a brief note to make sure any other users get this done smoothly:

    1. If the update stalls and cannot be turned off - there are 2 options:
    a) Disconnect and reconnect the battery
    b) Remove and reinsert the yellow fuse (8A) in the glove compartment

    2. Do not use CDs for the update - use DVDs

    3. Ensure you remove the simcard from the glovebox before starting the update. Similarly, make sure there is no phone connected (go phone menu, settings, choose no phone connection).

    4. If you are using USB/SD it needs to be formatted using SD Card Formatter (freeware download). Ignore the advice re incompatability with USB 3.0 or size above 8GB. It will work as long as its formatted using FAT32 using this program.

I upgraded the firmware using DVD +R, updated the maps using USB, then POIs using DVD again (HERE4).

It does work smoothly on my Citroen C5 2010.

On this site: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] , an Europe map 2015 2nd edition for Navidrive NG4 is uploaded.

It is available but the given link is uploaded on groovesharing and an account is required to download a file more than 1Go.
If anybody got an account on groovesharing or own a debrid software, it would be great to upload it on Mega or another one !
