    Perhaps it's correct, I don't know ?
All database files 002 (France) 28/04/2014 (last modification), same for other files maps.
Original maps on GPS 2013-1, 2014-1 is better for me , thanks.

    Hi there, good evening.

I have a Citroen DS4 and I was wondering if these maps and updates will work on my car.
I've read your first post for the 2014-1 version maps and I can see there is a download to update the actual software to version 2.21.
I'd like to know if I can use that to update the software on my car, which is on version 2.07 I believe, the maps on my car are from 2009-2010, I think the first ones released for this car...
    Many thanks for your help

    JL.

    Hi there,

I tried updating the software in the car to version 2.21, using the one from the link in your last post for maps 2014-1, but it will not work, it says "CD Unreadable"
I burned the image into a CD using Nero, I can browse the CD from my pc, but when I insert it into the CD in the car it will always say CD unreadable...
I've checked the software version on my car pushing the setup key and keeping hold, and below are the details I could see on the screen,

    Unit reference 9676464080
    CD number 6321
    SW Version. - unit RNEG2.05.C.11

On all other screens that I go through the first 2 options stay the same, but the description for the "SW Version. - unit" part differs, I've got photos of all of them if needed, but any help on this one will be much appreciated

    Hi DS4,

You can download last firmware 2.85 here :
    Code:

Just burning on CDRW 4x et updating RT6, wait 30'. Wait GPS reboot (display screen is ok) and ask new update, tell no , eject CD.
    Look this link :
    scan 1
    scan 2

Take Licence file GPS with "RT6 Activation map 2014-2.zip" on post 1 USB stick 4Gb.
Erase all files USB stick, no License file and copy all maps files new cartography 2014-2 post 1.
You can now updating RT6, USB stick is always OK when pluged into the car (thanks Licence file).
Each map are alone for update, you can to do only map you want.

    Hi there,

Thanks for the info, I'll give it a go tomorrow, does the speed of the bruning need to be 4x? My dvd writter goes at 40x, but I'm not sure if I could lower the speed.
Also, in the links you provide it says after upgrading I need to use a diagnostics tools to calibrate the gps after, but i have no such tool...
About updating the maps, do I need the license in the USB stick or not?
    Thanks again

P.D.: I've read the description and it looks like it goes better from a USB stick, I don't know how to use the image with a usb though...

    Hi,

Use an old CDRW 4x for firmware or USB stick 2 Gb, a USB stick 4 Gb for cartography.

WinRAR can extract image files into USB stick perfectly.
