Default What about Jeppesen and Navionics?

    Hi all,

I would like to know where could I get more information about Jeppesen and Navionics charts and maps? Those charts are very well known in marine use and very difficult to find any detailed information of them. I like a lot of this forums Garmin section and it would be nice to have Marine dedicated section too.

At least it would ne nice to have sub-Forum for marine or boating GPS systems. Garmin charts are quite OK, nyt Jeppesen C-Max and Navionics maps are device independent map systems. They are used with Raymarine, Lowrance, Eagle, Standard Horizon, Seiwa, Techmarine systems. I am sure there would ne interest for this discussion and files too...

Yes it would be nice to have these marine maps, especially Navionics.

Most of the other marine maps are for USA only and not really worth the effort.

Agreed, but Navionics maps (if I'm not mistaken) require a special CF card reader. From what I understand, these cards are somewhat proprietary...

I have several Mapmedia and Jeppesen nautical maps for Furuno TimeZero navigation software with unlock codes.
I would like to have also some Navionics marine maps.
