A small update to the Modified Default Skin 2018.07.08

Default Skin - fixed by ShortLayout,
- some graphics errors have been fixed,
- added the ability to use (not use, ie: ON / OFF) plug-in from Garigor corrections.zip
- those. work ...

I'm still not sure what the setting: background is/does. Is it for sounds, objects,...??? This is one of the few settings that are hard to interpret and confusing. Another case-in-point, Garigor corrections.zip... what does it do/effect??

oh, I have the arimi skin. do I need another ux zip file?

and something else which ux zip do I have to erase so the setting in menu about when route is finished there are some actions to enable /disable, DON'T keep re-enable its self?

1 On / Off is added in the Driver Alerts settings. scoring the distance before warning the driver:
2 for radars added on / off:
a) speak / do not talk the distance to the radar,
b) speak / do not speak ogre. speed radar,
c) speak / do not speak a unit og. speed radar.

3 many small corrections and improvements,
4 those. Job.
