You can not install the iGO on a device Garmin.
Garmin uses the Linux operating system.

To be pedantically precise it's Linux based but is a closed proprietary OS exclusive to Garmin. In Kenwood's case it's used under licence, but Garmin do have some devices with open source Linux operating systems:

I see. I was just wondering if there was any possibility of doing this, cause the latest autodrive map (ver 4.5) i use is really messed up, while the maps in iGo that i use on my tablet are fine enough.
I don't know if they are going to fix autodrive in next version, so i'm looking for any other possible solutions.
City Navigator Europe NTU whould be a good solution,
but i want a greek version because it's hard to search addresses in latin characters.

I had tried to use City Navigator Europe NTU but it only supports Latins.
Do you know if the City Navigator can use other input languages and if yes what should i do?
    Thank you.

No, that's wrong. It's NT maps that can't display Greek letters. Europe CN NTU ['U' meaning unicode] definitively supports Cyrillic and other non-latin characters such as Greek alphabet. See: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. As for compatibility, see: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. Kenwood units aren't included there, but the list is not exhaustive and some Kenwoods may be fully compatible with Unicode, especially the ones with firmware that is similar to, or maybe even based on, that of nuvi 34/35xx. If your unit isn't compatible with Unicode maps that may explain it's inability to display in Greek even with an NTU loaded. In that case, not only will it display in Latin but it may also demonstrate search limitations.

Open your GarminDevice.xml from Garmin folder in a browser or text editor and search for 'UnicodeMaps'. If you see this entry your Kenwood is unicode capable: "<Name>UnicodeMaps</Name>".

    Thanks!!!
But I'm afraid my device is not compatible. I tried the NTU but still only latin.
The worst is that the roots with CN are totaly wrong (at least in my device), giving me longer distances avoiding the main roads!!!!
I belive I'm going to stuck with Autodrive maps hoping they are going to fix them in the future :-(

Getting routes avoiding main roads might be because one or more avoidance type is enabled. Check your navigation settings to see, maybe listed under 'Route Preference' or similar. Manual available here:

What I was testing, was an edited map of Greece-Italy I got from this forum.
The only restictions I'm using is the offroad, bus lines, boats and sometimes the roads with tolls.
So I decided to get an 8GB sd card and try to use the full NTU map.
It worked nicely with the greek characters!!! Now I have to test if the roots are ok too.
