Here are speedcams in US only from your attached World data. Too bad none are directional.

Red light doesn't 100% need direction. At any such intersection its best to not test yellows, make turns, etc. Especially since they are run by crooked for profit companies that could easily mess with timing or otherwise scam.

Traffic/Speed camera setup costs money and in city that are "testing*" them, they couldn't afford to put 4 at an intersection. Usually they are bi-directional because they want to catch people in a "major" street of an intersection. In my area, I never seen 4 at an intersection. Mostly 2 and sometimes only 1. We don't have a lot mobile/speed camera here; but there are a few in US (and those will be better served if they are directional) Even outside the US, SCDB are not directional.

    * They are considered "unfair" and just served as an annoyance. In my area, they are starting to remove them. It's not that they are wrong, it's just that they are too "good" and "reliable" at catching people. Without red light camera, you are pretty much guarantee to pass ok when light is yellow; with red light camera, you are pretty much guarantee to be ticketed when light is yellow.

I tried this version, but no cameras shows. When I delete everything and put the old one back in, it works.
Can you help me out please?

Post both your "old" and "this" version and I'll look at it.

I'm assuming that United States_speed.txt is what you want to use (since it's larger)
    Spoiler: .

I hope that you know to renamed it to speedcam.txt when placed under the content/speedcam directory. Do this:
    1. Make sure speedcam.spdb* and SpeedcamUpdates.spud** do not exist under content/speedcam
    2. Place speedcam.txt under content/speedcam
    3. Start Primo, wait 30 secs and then exit it
    4. Check to see if speedcam.spdb was created. If so, then speedcam data has been converted for Primo uses.

    * created with data converted from speedcam.txt; think of it as "static" user alerts
** created with alert added inside Primo (add alert button); think of it as "dynamic" user alerts
