It also works with Luna, but Basarsoft and Avic are not recognized.

You can also try Send to Navigation it has the same functions and recognizes a few more versions of iGO, you can also find this for free on the Play Store and if it doesn't work you can uninstall it.

Very useful, on 'Luna' it works but it doesn't transfer the entire route, it seems to me only the arrival point.
Is there a possibility to transfer all the way?

Luna it's not an official application, it's a wonder it works with it
I wouldn't expect anything more than that. In addition, such applications never perform route transfer, only one point (location).
