    Fixed RedSpeed cameras:
-Fixed RedSpeed cameras are digital cameras.
-The camera has the capability to detect red light running and vehicles that exceed the speed limit when the light is at green.
-Camera is mounted at traffic lights.
    Work that way:
Are activated when the light turns red (not yellow) and make a photo before crossing the line (with red), in a time when you cross the line (always a red light), and when you have freed the 'crossing.

    Thanks nyky for the explaination.

I saw in "Primo" that the speedcam types are :

    1 Fixed speed
    2 Integrated
    3 Red light
    11 Fixed red speed

Maybe you need to change the code 2 for 11 ?

    Best regards.
