    Hi,
I don't know what you have done, but to get it working please try to do the following :

    Steps:
1.Please go to the Task Manager select Loquendo TTS and Clear data, Clear cache and at the end unistall the .apk !
2.Find the folder LoquendoTTS and delete it.
3.Try to find if you have any other folder LoquendoTTS in any other part (disk) of your device, if you have delete it.
4.Copy from the download file the folder" LoquendoTTS" and put it as folder "LoquendoTTS" in your SDCard.
5.Go to the settings of your phone and select the language of your country.
6.Open the explorer of your device and go to My files\Sdcard\LoquendoTTS and press the apk in order to
install it (do not move the .apk to anywhere else).
7.Go to settings of your device (as the picture 1 show) and press Text to speech output, then you go to picture 2.
    8. Select the LoquendoTTS and then press the button settings of LoquendoTTS (this button is at the right of LoquendoTTS button) , then you go to picture3.
9.There, you must select the country and the voice, for example "English United States Susan".
10.Press back and then select again the voice (for example "Susan") you like to have in your device as picture 4 show.
11.Press back and press "Listen to an example"
10.If you listen the voice you have selected then it's OK, that means you have install successfully the application.
11.Run your iGO, set the voice for your country inside in the settings of iGO Primo menu settings.

If this not works, then do the steps again but in this case you must copy the folder "LoquendoTTS" to internal card of your phone.
This case maybe it happened in some device that have internal card more than 4 GB!!!

On my ARCHOS, Sygic and iGO see voice file only if I copy LoquendoTTS folder into INTERNAL.
And be sure that you have the voice file into iGO\content\voice .
    Regards.

    Hello there.
I couldn't get it working. I've tried installing iGO 9.6.16 and installing this (following carefully all instructions), but although both were working correctly (loquendo and iGO), I couldn't get them working together... I've tried also uninstalling everything, cleaning both the internal and external cards, and installing the newest iGO 9.6.22 and also couldn't get it working, the same problem. Loquendo works (i can hear the voice in android options) and iGO works, but the "TTS Pro" is always grayed out.

And yes, I did install the files in iGO folder.

Any help on this? The default TTS is really awful in my idiom. I can't use english because it can't speak the names of roads, etc.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi there!

I haven't tried yet the newest 9.6.22.????? yet!
I simple use iGOprimo_v9.6.7.235654_thin-v1.0 and as I have seen so far I haven't find any bug in my Samsung Tablet 2 10.1 , in my Samsung Galaxy Y, in Htc desire and in so many devices that friends have tested in too many forums and use those voices.

As you said the loquendo works. So I don't know what is the exactly .apk you use and furthermore I don't know where you get this version you use 9.6.22.????? .
While loquendo works in your device, then this thread has did the job!
Goodluck please try another .apk or .apks ....

Moreover, to said you a secret , in order to have the TTS Pro active , the voice .zip file needed to have the function "ttsvoice=1" inside the info.ini file.
All of my voices that I have post here have this function and all of them have the TTS Pro menu active.

I can confirm that it work like a charm with [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], by far the best apk I tried it .
As I already said it, :
    - copy LoquendoTTS folder into INTERNAL
    - use a TTS voice (in content - voice)

Do these voices work in Igo Primo 2.4 for Windows CE devices?

I'm desperately looking for Portuguese TTS voices, preferably male. I've tried to install the files in this post but I can't get it to work.
