No problem with extracting, download it again from OP, i reuploaded it, don't use copy-paste password, type it manually in form for extracting .rar file, use winrar latest version.

    Default Don't double posts!

The data in txt file has wrong syntax:
    For example:
    1.5594400,42.5219400,1,60,0,0

    The correct will be:
    1.55944,42.52194,1,60,0,0

The Primo and other programs do not use it.

    Also missing cameras in Cyprus

It's by SCDB created, so for some remarks write to SCDB, or correct it by your self, and post here.

Read OP - SCDB covers 36 countries, not whole Europe.

    Not yet.
There isn't yet a converter which could transform the files in txt files.

I am using the Europe .spc file provided above and it works (2.4 on Android with dimka skin). My problem is that my screen becomes full of these mobile cameras (the blue car). Dimka skin has an option to deactivate mobile cameras but it does not work. Is there a way by working with the sys.txt file to either 1. deactivate mobile cameras or 2. limit the number of mobile cameras appearing on the screen (say 3-4 maximum)?
