    Guide Guide for iGO res screen

    My screen res and resolution

    Instructions:

    - Install Android Assistant. Free. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] nav_result ...

    - Have installed iGO Primo .

    - Note that after installing Primo, always run twice as it is from the second launch you actually see if there are problems or not.

    -Lancer Android wizard, select the "Tools" tab at the top right and select Tools "System Info"

    By switching to portrait and landscape, the tool will give you the correct values for your screen resolution.

    ldZLD5Z

    In the example, the resolution is 800x1205 portrait

    xe5F0vZ
    In the example, the resolution is 1280x736 landscape

    Now that I know the right values, I just change sys.txt

    [rawdisplay]
    driver = engine
    screen_xy = "800_480: 800x1205 / 1280x736: fullscreen"

    800_400 the value just after the first quote is the resolution of data & branding:

    - If I use for example the skin with a 800 multi data 800, the value will 800_480

    - If I use for example the skin with a 1280x800 1280x800 data, the value will 1280_800

    Important:

    Since the update to Android 4.2 on Nexus 7 tablet, Igo Primo with skin and data 1280x800.

    screen_xy = "1280_800: 800x1205 / 1280x736: fullscreen" primo plant

    screen_xy = "800_480: 800x1205 / 1280x736: fullscreen" works, although 800_480 is not good data / branding

    so everyone can find it on the screen res and the string to be added as a sys.

    Can't understand why all the necessary files are not in the very first post in this thread. That makes no sense. Don't be surprised that there is million questions about it. Thanks for help

    It's because not all proggy posted are complete. NNG don't make product for end-users. There are companies that uses NNG technology to make product available on google play. If you purchased it and get from google play, you should have all the "necessary files." BTW, sys.txt isn't required unless you're going to change developer settings. As I already said, if it's missing, just create it. Try reading more and less complaining.

    I need to configure resolution for Note 10 - 1080x2280.
    I'm using primo 9.6.29.329069.
    at the moment on my sys.txt I have:
    [rawdisplay]
    driver=engine
    highres = 1
    ;screen_xy="auto"
    screen_xy="800_480:1996x1005/1080x1921"

    It works but on portrait, the display is a little bit short by 8 mm, and on landscape, it doesn't turn.
    Can someone help me how to calculate and write the "screen_xy..." parameters?

    Problem is on the other side - Android system.

    This topic is not valid for new android systems.
    Moreover- only one version of Primo works on them.

    Cleared.

    Newbies want to use old software on new devices. The old rules don't apply.
    You need to scroll through [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] to the end. Pay attention on post #142 and discussion before it.
