Just download the latest maps you need from the iGo maps section, you can use TomTom or Here ( Navteq ) what you prefer. You can only use the countries you need, don't suppose you need to install the whole world .
Read the instructions there where to put them and copy the maps, 3D, Poi, licenses etc to the right place.
    It's all in the download.
    Latest TomTom = 2017 09. Here ( Navteq ) 2017 Q4.
    Done.
    Good luck.

Just a tip if you are not really experienced in this.
Use the file explorer of the Head Unit and write down the present map files etc / locations in the iGO folder before you replace them.

I use iGo Primo V 9.6.29.636868 ( March 03 2016 ) . For me it,s the best. You can find it also on this forum.
Like it more than Next Gen versions, specially the big buttons, handy for using in the car.

Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.

    Yes, that's the one.
But if the version you use work fine for you on your head unit, why change it. You know what they say about not changing winning teams :-)
iGo Primo can act strange on different head units with different resolutions remember that so if you are updating always make a copy
of the save folder and the sys.txt.
Than delete ( or rename ) the save folder and install the new apk.

    EDIT :
Sorry, forgot you are on WinCE. That's different. Mmvelasco, sorry for pointing you to the wrong direction.
Thanks Boki_Srb for being awake as usual
