Are you using "/igo/ux/iqs.zip" utility ? You can try to delete this one file (or copy to other unused folder as backup), or you can try download a other version of IQS and try again.

IQS UX Utility is official tool from NNG to make searching "address-bar" (address search form) more effectively. With this utility you can find just independent text (4 digits) in ALL your sources what you have setting up. There is bugged the finding algorithm maybe ^^. When you are looking for "numbers", so you can see all "numbers" of all content.

Or you have missing .fpa file for your country (UK) maybe ? This file contain adress points, house numbers... check the /iGO/content/map/ folder.

I don't know where is the problem... but you can examine my opinion :-P

    Hi...

There is a solution, move iGO in internal memory

please read step by step carefully

    1. First of all take backup of iGO folder on your computer.
    2. Uninstall and make a new clean installation... put the apk in the internal memory and install.
    3. After installation run the igo... now you take "error" for iGO folder... press OK and restart your phone.
    4. After restart plug your phone to computer and go to following path in internal memory:

    Android/data/com.nng.igoprimo.javaclient/files ( IF APK IS FROM #21 )

    5. Move the folder iGO from backup in this path: Android/data/com.nng.igoprimo.javaclient/files/ <-iGO
    6. Go to settings -> app manager -> iGO and clear the cache..
    7. Restart again and try....

    Hi...
The instructions are the same as [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] follow the steps carefully....

first of all remove from phone everything related with the iGO (apk ,iGO base folder)
take backup on your computer... if already installed uninstall...

    1. put the apk only in internal memory and install..
    2. after installing run it.... now take "error" for missing iGO base...press OK and restart your phone..
    3. after restarting plug your phone to computer and go the following path in internal memory:

    "Android/data/com.nng.igoprimo.javaclient/files"

    4. Move the iGO base folder from computer backup in this path: Android/data/com.nng.igoprimo.javaclient/files/ <-iGO
    5. delete the save folder if exist from within iGO base folder..
    6. Go to settings -> app manager -> iGO and clear the cache memory..
    7. Restart again and try....

Do you know why this folder is not automaticly created?

this folder "com.nng.igoprimo.javaclient" is automatically created when you install apk in the path "Android/data"

attention this folder "com.nng.igoprimo.javaclient" is correct only if apk is from # 21..

Go to settings app manager and see if iGO is already installed....
open your file manager from phone enable hidden files and navigate in internal memory: android/data/ can you see now ???

    "com.nng.igoprimo.javaclient"

second way: uninstall iGO... remove Extsd card from your phone... follow the step from first one by one..

see same problem here:[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
