    Hi

    I installed your apk, it works fine ,beside having horizontal lines all over the map. (phone LG G3)
    I took the sys.txt out of your apk and edit it to remove comments from all places it's stated "for HD&QHD"
    I put the sys.txt in the iGO directory
    now either iGO crashes during startup or soon after

    Please advice

    Reverse back original sys.txt
    Only put in it:

    Code:
    Please Login or Register to see the links
    To info.ini:
    Code:
    Please Login or Register to see the links
    ----------------------------
    Also, you can try with
    Code:
    Please Login or Register to see the links
    in that case ignore previous settings for screen x/y/xy...

    Hi,

    Tried some of your suggestions (I can't locate info.ini), but same behavior.

    From playing with various parameters, the only one seems to trigger the instability is

    use_flat3d=1

    once it's set maps looks fine as long as iGO is running , however it makes iGO unstable and crashes easily mostly when choosing destination from history.

    Gentlemen, for newer devices with high resolution screens and the latest releases of Android, use NextGen.
    (Or adequate skin, but,) trust me, it is the easiest way.

    @Boki - You Mod - so be impartial, please .
    It is not about "dusting" problem FOR IN program change, but the solution !!! problem.

    The same can be said - use lighter - for ignition of fire in the oven instead of matches, because the stove did not want to work !. - A problem lies in the same oven and its efficiency, and not in the process of igniting the gas!

    The problem they write about colleagues - not the result of the program (iGO Primo 2.4 is so far the most stable platform - but with the proper installation of this program.

    We have written many times !!! Members - that proper installation is required for each device - and can not be submitted as a randomly selected elements.

    Please note that the screens of our devices are of different types -
    * usual
    * HD
    * QHD
    1. For each of them must have the appropriate declarations in the file sys.txt!
    2. Any device with a screen or HD QHD - due to the display properties - may require other statements display drivers.
    3. The content (content of the folders: building, dem, poi, raster, and others.)
    4. The settings in the program and through sys.txt (visibility of the TMC, Synthetic or live sound, etc.)
    5. superstructure (alternative base skins, ux-utility, branding.zip, rossypuha ui_android files in the folder)
    6. data.zip cleaning up unused files on the device / advanced users /.
    7. important parameter sys.txt / Especially for device sets above the HD /
    8. And there is often the performance drop due to high memory fragmentation (treatment: formatting / defragmenting).
    In any case, after all the manipulations result at all different. Much depends on the device, the software installation iGO purity and integrity of the operator's hands

    Friends! Key Notes:
    A. Clean the debris and the remains of the previous installation,
    B. appropriate for the type of screen - declarations sections
    [rawdisplay]
    [interface]
    [debug]

    C. for HD displays and QHD - obligatory !:
    * Record max_memory = ???? in section [debug] in sys.txt, Which many very present.
    In data.zip by default max_memory = 83886080 (Byte), Which is only 80 MB
    Even prescribing 150 MB you can still watch the brake.
    So the date we will not climb, and sys.txt write at least 200 MB (1 meter = 1048576) and enjoy:
    [debug]
    max_memory = 209715200
    ** And disable the animations in the settings screen.
    *** Record compulsory
    [rawdisplay]
    highres = 1

    [interface]
    vga = 1
    [2d]
    use_flat3d = 1 (elimination of vertical lines on the screen)

    regards wojpen

    PS.
    These suggestions and comments are also valid for NextGen.
    iGO is a fantastic program - but hates and does not accept the messiness and walking "shortcuts"
    Primarily
    * Order files
    ** Purity installations
    *** Proper selection of the version of the device

    If any of these conditions is not very or not at all satisfied - or program does not start, or it will not work correctly !!!
    Believe me - no matter feel this is Primo, Nextgen, Basar or a different version

    Mr. wojpen, I respect you and your work, but my comment had a different point.
    The thing is that new users who have read the two posts wail immediately, without having to engage in a little serious analysis. God forbid that they read the forum rules
    They also do not know how or do not want to work harder.
    Then it is the simplest way to do and the easiest way
