    Thank you very much, i followed your advices.
    Long story short, after i did a lot of mess, i finally solved the initial problem, but i found myself in the situation to choose:
    - to have all working fine, but with a very small and very uncomfortable writing on the screen
    [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
    - to have a decent size of writing, but working without recognizing any skin when starting iGO with the phone in landscape (that's it, now iGO does not exiting when rotating the phone in portrait mode, with the price of not seeing any skin).
    [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
    I found that, no doubt, the line highres=1 makes the difference.
    Is there something else to try ?

    Default Enlarging screen's

    Long story short, after i did a lot of mess, i finally solved the initial problem, but i found myself in the situation to choose:
    - to have all working fine, but with a very small and very uncomfortable writing on the screen

    Colleague - read topic -> [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] - there described the principle,

    And change to the test - the base interface - as follows:
    *1. In sys.txt change:
    screen_xy = "800_480: 1776x1080 / 1080x1776: fullscreen"
    on
    screen_xy = "1024_768: 1776x1080 / 1080x1776: fullscreen"

    2. In the file data.zip/ui_android/multimode.ini - change an existing entry:

    m1 = 400..480,196..320, "480_272"
    m2 = 234..320,400..480, "480_272"
    m3 = 768..1980,400..1080, "800_480"
    m4 = 480..1080,700..1980, "800_480"
    m5 = 1024..1980,552..1080, "1024_768"
    m6 = 600..1080,960..1980, "1024_768"

    new:
    m1 = 400..480,196..320, "480_272"
    m2 = 234..320,400..480, "480_272"
    ; m3 = 768..1980,400..1080, "800_480"
    ; m4 = 480..1080,700..1980, "800_480"
    m5 = 768..1980,400..1080, "1024_768"
    m6 = 480..1080,700..1980, "1024_768"

    As you can see in the m3m4 appeared mark ; - Which will disable these lines,
    and in line m5m6 appeared to assign your resolutions up to 1024x768 interface.

    Save the changes, clear the SAVE folder and run. Let me know what came
    regards wojpen

    I'm sorry, i followed exactly your advices, but nothing changed.
    So:
    -with highres=0 i can see skins, and everything is ok, but the writing is small
    -with highres=1 the size of writing on the screen is ok, everything works fine, but:
    ~ starting iGO with the phone in portrait i can see, select and apply a skin
    ~ starting iGO with the phone in landscape i CANNOT see any skin
    At this point i said ok, what remains to do is to modify the skin by inserting the right pairs of resolution in info.ini.
    Problem is i tried tens of pairs, but still i did not found the good ones.

    Add skin in folder iGO/ux/
    This will auto enable skin when you start iGO ( if you like to disable it you must remove it from folder ux )

    Let us know if in this way skin will work in portrait and landscape.
    If you wish, you can [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    Did it.
    Still starting iGO with the phone in portrait i can see, select and apply a skin, but starting iGO with the phone in landscape i CANNOT see any skin.
    Nothing changed.
    I still assume that the problem resides in info.ini, but i'm not able to find the right values.
    What is very strange to me is that, with the same settings, the application behaves differently depending on the position of the phone when starting the application.

    Late edit: at first i made a copy in ux folder, and as i said, nothing happened. After that, i moved the skin into the ux folder, and the skin became unavailable.
    Late late edit: the instruction that makes the difference and changes the behaviour of the application is, obviously for me, highres. Question is : how and why this instruction works differently depending on the position of the phone when starting iGO ? Which is the impact regarding the skin ?

    @Uburex - I guess we do not understand!

    1. Your phone - Stock HTC M8 resolution 1920_1080 - has a HD screen.
    In sys.txt you !!! have a declaration highres = 1 !!!
    2. The provisions of the declaration of image - multimode.ini file (the file is in data.zip/ui_android/multimode.ini) have in the post -http://www.gpspower.net/igo-software-tools/331996-igo-primo-israel-9-6-29-483387-31-jan-2015-a-post1024538.html#post1024538
    3. Record - highres = 1 (for the screen HD) causes the file info.ini - which is in skin.zip/info.ini - you have inserted your resolution !!! but:
    For and QHD HD version in info.ini you must enter the value of their resolution divided by 2 - that is in you is to be:
    1080x1776 / 2 = 540_888,888_540,

    Here's a link to the skin diMkaWA_aP114_1920_1080_HD with improved file info.ini.

    Link -> This post requires you to click the "LIKE this post" button and hit F5 to read this content.

    Copy skin in the content / skin, improve sys.txt (must be highres = 1) delete the contents of SAVE and run.
    Data.zip (multimode.ini) you improved?
    regards

    PS. Before you do try to do so:
    Rename the file data.zip on _data.zip, remove the SAVE and run frst vertically and second horizontally.
    Be exactly what you have messages!

    I have to say i feel like i'm abusing your kindness...
    The error messages when starting without data.zip are : (vertically) 1080x1700, and (horizontally) 1794x1004
    When i did the same thing, but without data and without sys, the error messages about the missing resolutions reported were 1080x1701, and 1794x1005.
