    thank you Black, I will try that version!

    To be more precise, since I can't find modified "´mmersive" iGO build anymore is it actualy possible with a little bit of tweaking sys.txt and proper data.zip to have full screen on 1280x768 display screen:

    has_physical_home_button=1 and screen x y settings to 1280x768 doesn't help

    No, only by modification Primo .apk for immersive mode.

    Don't necessarily need "immersive" build. Many custom roms provide the capability. Or, there is at least one "immersive" app on google play.

    We speak about all in 1 solution = Primo apk, not about adittional tools, and roms. Sure there is manny other options, but all that is adittional solutions+tools, one of them is Full!screen,

    who needs it, can try. The best and most simple is modifying Primo apk. So, cause you talk about it, then post some of them, that other can benefit....

    Thanks Brown, actualy I don't need applications to hide soft keys becuase I am using custom rom, Cyanogen and there is option to always hide them. Anyway, I have tried this version of iGO and it is the same, even after adding tablet=1 there are stil black bars instead of softkeys at the bottom of the screen. No bigie though becuase I am experimenting with Sygic lately, it goes full screen all the time

    Every time I start iGO I have to do the initial wizard again.
    This is when installing iGO_Israel_9.6.29.390522_crk_sys_not_changed.apk
    There is no sys.txt and none is created.

    When I install iGO_Israel_9.6.29.390522_crk_sys_changed.apk I get this error message on startup:
    Missing or incomplete folder: /data/data/com.nng.igoprimoisr2013march27.javaclient/sys.txt: open failed: EACCES (permission denied)

    Then I installed on Internal memory instead of external memory and it works fine. No problems at all.
    Also there is a sys.txt file now.

    Uninstalled, moved to External SD card, tried again, still same issue.
    However, when I install the sys_not_changed.apk and use the sys.txt that was created when I installed it on Internal memory, it crashes: "iGo stopped working".
    Removing sys.txt solves that problem but again I have to do the wizard every time I start iGo.

    This is due to the change Google made in the Kitkat update. Android 4.4 KitKat removes your ability to write files to the MicroSD card.
    So the "Save" folder cannot be created.
    If you are rooted, you can simply fix this by reverting the change that Google made. You can use this free app to automate the process:
    Code:
    Please Login or Register to see the links
    Doing so, iGO will work as on Jelly Bean (didn't test it myself but this should work as it is the only logical explanation for these issues)

    What I don't understand is why some people don't have these problems?

    I don't want to root my device only for this. That's why I will try to install the APK on the internal memory and edit the sys.txt file to point to the ExternalSD for the maps.
    Something like this should work I think:
    Install iGO on Internal storage as you would do on external but only with one map (to speed up copying later on).
    Everything should work.
    Create a folder on the ExternalSD (e.g. "iGO") and move the "content" folder from internal memory to the iGO folder on the externalSD.
    I'll try to edit the sys.txt to change the folder where it points for the content folder.
    Something like this:
    Code:
    Please Login or Register to see the links
    This way the most data will still be on the ExternalSD and I'll have enough free space on the Internal Storage.
    I have an SD card of 32GB and want to make use of it!

    Not sure if this will work but I'll try when I get home

    Just put this 2 lines in [folder] section in sys.txt
    data="/storage/emulated/0/igo"
    sdcardpath="/storage/emulated/0/igo"
    Sattings will be saved in the the phone igo directory (you should create it before)

    It works for me on Galaxy S5 4.4.2
