? Inactive Content after Naviextras download - Jensen VX7020

I was looking to update my maps on my VX7020 unit. I have never tried it before. I went through the Naviextras toolbox and downloaded all the updates. There was also an update to iGo Primo (MobileNavigator.exe) for the headunit. Naviextras says the update version is 9.6.13.417656. That seems old to me.

Anyhow, I load the SD into the head unit. All the maps are blank other than what appears to be the basemap. I when to to about > content on the unit, all the new content shows as Inactive content.

I have reached out to support, but its like watching paint dry. I have a long FL > PA > FL road trip in a 2 days and wanted a fresh update...now its hosed.

Any tricks or ideas on what I can do?

    Thanks!

    Eric

First of all wrong thread, this should be posted here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
(Do not open another thread there, our moderators will deal with it)

This thread is for posting software and tools, not for general questions.

You can replace program with cracked version or you can wait for reply from support, but don't forget rule:

    1. Always make backup copy before changing anything.

Choose any of windows versions posted here and replace only MobileNavigator.exe with downloaded.
    Rename Primo.exe (or iGO.exe) to MobileNavigator.exe
Try to find same or newer version, closer version - better chance to work without any changes.

If any of content will remain inactive use this: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

BTW, before asking next question read: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Thank you. Is there a quick link to the software downloads that you recommend? Most links I have found are broken.

Also, support told me too bad...I am screwed. My restore from backup didn't work either. All hosed up.

    Thanks again..

It maybe seem old to you, but the most famous and perhaps the best version is even older than that.
Fresh maps are the most important, and the software almost is not.

Such systems are rare in general.
It is impossible to expect help, if here 99% of users have no idea about which device you are talking about. And why would someone spend their time finding the necessary information, if you are not willing to give them.
So, listen to the advice you received in the previous post, and add everything that is needed to help others to help you (when you do not already have the good will to read and research).

And I certainly know that all links with good software versions here on our site are active.

Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

    Spoiler: obs
Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.
