It looks terrible on my 5" Chinese GPS with CE 6.0, and 800×480 display resolution.
The keyboard buttons are invisible, so I can't enter any address in Route planning.
In addition, it loads extremely slow.

New releases are kept to minimal because common files under
    /lang
    /voice
    /skin
works across releases and specific files such as
    /map
    /poi
    /building
    /speedcam
    are user's dependence.
So you need to get the above data for your installation.

This is stable version , put map and lyc files, enjoy
    NextGen CE6 (9.19.5.584533)
    I have just tried with a Win CE 6.0 4.3" (480x272) device.
I starts, then seems to work, but sometimes crashes because of low memory.
The main problem is that some fonts (probably Tahoma.ttf, Tahomabd.ttf, which are included in igo8's UI Fonts subfolder) are missed, so menu and many other text is blurred. Text on the map is still OK.
When I need to type in something (user input with keyboard is required), e.g. an address or a POI, the keyboard is almost all blank, 90% of keyboard buttons are missed. It's a pity that I don't know where all of them are located, but typing "on blind" isn't an option anyway. The reason for missing keyboard buttons maybe be my language, which is different from English. Who knows...

Tried it, seen it, then thrown it in the trash. :-)

Only [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] files are specific for NG version.
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] are common for every version of iGO.

Search various threads for them, but keep in mind the following
    1. lang zip file are not compatible across iGO/Primo and NextGen
    2. voice zip file are not compatible across WinCE and Android
    3. skin zip file are not compatible across major version (ex: Primo2.0 vs Primo2.4)
    4. map/poi/building require specific license on NextGen

I currently do not use NextGen on WinCE, your chance is better to fix TTS Pro problem if you use non NextGen. You need to indicate what version, skin and voice file you are using. Best to start with no sys.txt or empty sys.txt and added only what's needed to fix the problem. From your posts, you don't seem to understand how NNG products are installed. Start with older version (like a good Primo for WinCE); get that working and understand how it works, before moving on to the "latest" but more problematic version. Also newer version required more resource like memory (esp on WinCE where memory is small). You haven't indicates what are the specs of your WinCE unit (resolution, memory, version of OS)
