Pongo Skin Luna With 2022.05.06.

A new line of UX speedcams that was applied in the NextGen pongo skin 2019.04.19.
Working set speedcam.zip and speedcam_mod.zip now in Luna.

The principle of operation has not changed, speedcam.zip is all control.
speedcam_mod.zip - there are other icons and other encodings, everything is convenient and simple, if necessary, only speedcam_mod.zip changes.
