Stay with Primo 2/2.4 versions on WinCE chinese or less customized devices. NextGen works a lot worse (or not working) on them. It is my suggestion, you do not have to agree with me.
Btw, "ferrari" edition is just standard, excellent version of Primo 2.4 which is just made up and "branded".
Also, you can not mix some Primo files with NG files. Languages and are different, root files, licences, ux...
Edit: I've just tested Zenec on my 9 years old WinCE5 480x272 device. It works with Here maps and matching lyc files.
Here is bigger package, with some TTS voices:
You still need to put the desired maps, pois, etc...

This Zenec works on my prestigio, so what
Generally, I'm not satisfied with the work of any version of NG at any WinCE device, on the contrary. (I am not satisfied with the Android versions, also, but it is other discussion).
Anyway, everyone is entitled to his opinion and to use the version that he likes.

With the bigger package provided in your link. Just got the software working. Thanks.
Now the difficult part, maps are not displayed. must be due to license. MiddleEast.
Any help? I know License is the most difficult.
Any NextGen (so this one also) version will work with maps if you have proper lyc file for them.
I don't know which provider maps you are using, and whether there is a license for them.
Using Midd le ea st Here 2015 Q4 MAPS
No .lyc yet for ME
How come my navi is reporting Primo 2.0.1 Performance version 220.127.116.11584 when I run this package? That is not NextGen, it's just 2.0.
