You can get maps in map threads of a map group. But if you're using any version of NextGen's other than NextGen Basarsoft, you have to have correct licenses for map/building/poi/etc....

It's same for me which version it's, i just need it to work. Where i can download one you recommend, and where exactly i need to put files on cards, or i need to do some install? I already downloaded maps Here 2015 Q4, think they will work?

I didn't recommend anything. I just stated what you will encountered based on your choices.
You install the proggy that you want to use (there are plenty of variants for android), then the maps data goes in: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Map version is irrelevant as long as you have licenses and like I said, you need licenses for proggy to use it if you are using NextGen other than NextGen Basarsoft. Also no licenses required if you are using iGO/Primo.

Edit: I found the file I was looking for here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    Hi all

I am completely new to Android GPS but I think I have the hang of the basics. I have created my content structure and will be using HERE Q1 2016 maps, POI etc. and a NASA Dem.

After installing iGo Next Gen from post 1, I have an error when running the .apk/ The error says global_cfg missing.

I have found a download for this in another thread and I now have the global_cfg.zip file (version 452411) I think this is right as I am in the UK. This will be placed in the iGo_NextGen/Content folder as a zip.

Is this correct and will this resolve the issue?

(I don't have my car today - Its in for a service)

    Thanks

Sorry for the question but I am a little confused!
For this version is there a skin that makes loading a bit faster?

I just purchased the Android version and try to transfer my data from the iGO Primo that I have in my car. The favorites ("user.upoi") were transfered and read properly but I have a problem with history. The iGO primo file is called "history.sav" while the Android version uses a "history_A.sav" together with a "history_A.sav.cks" which seems to be a checksum or something similar of the main file.
Does anybody know the structure or use of the .cks files, looks like a proprietary format

    @argg
you can disable creation of checksum files by following sys.txt entries:
    Code:
Please Login or Register to see the links
In your case delete folder Save on your Android version and let iGO create new Save without checksum folder and files. It will be the same like in your other iGO version then.
