    IGO Primo iGO Primo crashes down in tunnel

    Hi!

    I found out that my iGO Primo Android is shooting down when driving through a tunnel, the program crashes and I have to start it again.
    Do you know how to prevent it from shooting down?

    Try to add this lines in your sys.txt

    [navigation]
    use_duration_for_tunnel=1 ;when it is not visible in the tunnel satellites, cars, map moves with an average speed of entry into it

    [feature]
    tunnel_guidance=1 ;0 - off. maintenance on the tunnel, 1 - on. keeping the tunnel

    If this sys entry will solve the problem, moderator should add this topic as sticky because I saw many users with this problem..

    Might be related to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
    Do not PM me with questions. That's what a forum is for.

    Well, not exactly. In NG thread (beside it is for NG), the discussion was primarily focused on the individual problem. Later it developed in the general case.
    And somebody who asks for a solution for Primo, probably will not look for an answer there
    That's why these two threads will not be merged.
    Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

    Spoiler: obs
    Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.

    this fixed the issue for me:
    Replace the entries under [gps] with these three lines:

    location_net=1
    location_gps=1
    background_navigation=1
