    This hack is pretty big and does
    1. Long press on speed-limit icon to go to Speed Limit setting screen
    2. Press Day/Night icon on top right to change to auto/day/night display
    3. Long press Day/Night icon to change tilt angle (still experimental)
    4. More fixes to the_skin.zip
    5. Press next address (top bar) to change crossroad (disabled/voice-on/voice-off)
    6. Recreate compass icon to be clearer
    7. Simulation speed announcement (normal speed,double speed,triple speed,etc...)
    8. Add configuration of prev cross road in sys.txt

    can the skin,navitools and ari zip be used without mod data? or to exactly what ux files can work with original data? by the way tnx friend for great work!

    My philosophy was to only mod data.zip, but some features require modding the specific ux. For example, you can't add long press on ari_GPS-2D-3D_button.zip without changing it. I try really hard in the beginning not to touch the_skin.zip, but it would seem people like to use it, so I'm testing the hacks under it now.

    so,is it ok for me to use your the skin ux with original data? i try yours version with changed 3d color and it works fine with gp data. i use ux from pack from this thread,and original gp data.

    Yes, the_skin.zip is much better now (it was a bitch to fix some of the problems) and should work with data.zip with no problem (although, I did not test with everything in ux, just what I released), the goal is to get a skin with transparency so it feel light, clean and efficient.

    ok i will replace the skin zip from the pack from catymag with yours and test it. i dont like original gp the skin,i dont have light day mode menu etc...

    one favor. please don't use blue purple colors for next street or anywhere in daylight are not visible enough. I think I saw blue color on the top bar, right? just use black and white fonts! thank you!

    Good point, I pick single color to test both day and night (with same background); but it's easy to fix

    I think you're thinking reversed. The hacks are done mostly in data.zip with fixes for the_skin.zip It doesn't make any sense when not using data.zip
