    Default help please 3d buildings

    hi can anyone help please, been using igo nextgen a few years and I never see any 3d buildings on my map, currently running the HERE 2016 q1 Europe map and seem to have all the files i.e. united kingdom 3dc and 3dl files but It does not show me buildings. any help or advice would be real greatful. thanks in advance

    Download a suitable license (.lyc) file for your Nextgen from here

    You have to navigate to get to the good.

    the map runs fine but doesn't show buildings. looked through the licence collection but cant see any that I would need. is it a different licence to the map licence?

    ok just looked on the unit and for 3d buildings and 3d landmarks it say inactive content on both.

    How did you "look" and how you made selection which you need and which not?


    Do not search for one specific license, download and use complete package for your program version (NextGen ?)
    If you're using NextGen other than Basar or Israel (would be nice if you specified in first post) you may still have problem.
    In that case use buildings from 2015.Q4 or change program.

    thanks easy will try all the nextgen licences. I did state I was using Europe q1 2016 maps. will let you know if I fix it.
