hot Toyota Head Unit - No Set 'GPS Path' Option

    Good day!

I have this Toyota stock Head Unit (Part No.: 86120-YZA97)
    Model: SD-6809G
    Manufacturer: AVN / Winterpine

    Spoiler: pic

Wigo Stereo Main Menu P1 zpsb9587725

As you can see, there is a Navi option for the head unit. Accordingly, this head unit runs GPS on WinCE platform, which could be 5.0 or 6.0. I decided to install iGO Primo Navigation Software.

However, everytime I press the Navi function, nothing seems to appear. I cannot set the "GPS Path". It just stays there on the menu, nothing will appear. Even I scroll to the settings, there is no option for GPS functions.

I have a 16GB MicroSD Card (on an SD Card Adapter).
    iGO Primo 2.4-9.6.13

    SD Card Name: StorageCard
    What's inside:

    Primo2 (Folder)
Shell.ini (I don't know if this will work.)
    maplaunch.ini (Same to this one.)

And, GPS still showing no hope to work. Please help me.

This head unit supports GPS function sir. But I cant figure it how. I see online that they are using iGO Navigation System via SD Card thru this head unit.

As I can see you have 2 pages of various icons.. What options do you have on the next menu if you slide from right to left?

There must be an option to set navi path somewhere. If not, than you have to figure it out what must me exact name of the navi folder and exe of the navigation. You can try with Mobilenavigator\Mobilenavigator.exe

Thank you for the reply sir. The next page of the Menu are these:

    USB Video
    BT Audio
    AUX2

Did you mean sir that the folder name on my SD Card should be 'Mobilenavigator' instead of 'Primo2'? And set 'Primo2.exe' to 'Mobilenavigator.exe'?

Still, the Navi function does not respond further.

    Hi,

To replace original navigation program on windows platform, you have to replace it.

This means, path and program name must be same as for original program, so you have to rename new program (exe) and edit folder name to be same as in original.

That was my suggestion, but the problem is he/we don't know what what name should be.. Most often are Mobilenavigator\Mobilenavigator.exe or Navigation\Navigation.exe
