It is enough for fully cr*cked Primo, for WinCE.
TMC need their own licences (mostly for Pro service only) which have not changed since the beginning. They are included almost in every package that is posted here, even for Android NextGen although it (almost) never uses them
Located in tmc subfolder in content folder.
