@influx
Thats not true. I didnt find out how to change from Arabic to English for a few days after installing it. I hit the more button just to see what it did and the other keyboard selections came up!

Hi. I got this on my Chinese double din unit and it works fine .However when I get to my location a box on the side says reached your location YES or NO if I press YES it goes to another screen that has exit button on it . If I press EXIT then my unit shuts everything off and I have to do hard reset to get my unit to work again. is there any way to get rid of that screen or the screen that pops up when I get to my location. Thank you
I have the latest version of it with all fixes for keyboard etc... I will uplaod it soon.
Will it work with USA maps
Sure it will work with USA, if I were you I would have been using igo NEXTGEN much much better and license for USA is out there, the reason I'm still stuck with Primo 2.4 is I can't find a license for Egypt..
Okay gents everything working just chooses English US to enable English Keyboard
My recommendations for faster performance:
Stick with SYS file attached I added to Debug section in it Max memory and reserve memory to prevent lagging of music player and maintain decent performance for igo software (distributed to almost 100 MB Ram for Igo and rest for the unit) my unit has 256 MB of ram.
You can delete branding.zip file if you prefer performance over graphics.
Sys file can be edited to reduce 3d effects and navigation arrow size.

removed dead link
This sys file is even much better and enhance performance very snappy

To stop this screen from popping up, put this in the "[itine]" section of sys.txt (create section if needed):
You *may* have to remove "save" folder as well (I seem to remember needing to do that to make the change work).Code:Please Login or Register to see the links
I've found that Primo 2.4 works much better than Nextgen on my WinCE 2DIN unit (just an FYI).

I use Primo 2.4 (9.6.13.405512). It's the best and newest version I've used (and I've used a LOT!). I do also use TTS with it. This version works with both Nuance and Loquendo TTS voices. Let me know if you need the US voice files (I have a bunch) or the 405512 version of Primo for WinCE.
